Current Issue 2012, Vol. 25, No. 1

Issue Highlights

  • Enhanced activation and restorative care

To meet the needs of the aging population while in the hospital and decrease ALC numbers in the midst of a nursing shortage that does not appear to have any end in sight, previous models of care need to be re-evaluated and programs implemented to meet those unique needs of the geriatric population.

EXTRA Special Supplement

  • EXTRA Leading Organizational Change Supplement

Healthcare Management Forum is showcasing the extraordinary work of the graduates of the Executive Training for Research Application (EXTRA) program in partnership with the Canadian Health Services Research Foundation (CHSRF). These projects show just how critical research evidence is when making the right decisions, the ones that transform practices and, ultimately, organizations.
